>> Fire Field Form

On the Fire Field, customers are provided with the luxury of using our designated fire pits to start bonfires for cooking, sitting around or for other purposes.

To make use of this field, customer are required to pre-book for a maximum of six people and 1 car, either by submitting the forms or by telephoning the campsite, in addition to this, upon arrival to the campsite, the following identification is required - One of the following: Utility Bill, rent book, council tax bill, plus one additional item, passport, new style driving licence or work ID card + car insurance certificate if you are bringing a car on site.

>> Day Visitor Form

Day Visitors can attend Debden House for barbeques, group events, sporting activities etc. Please view the pricing page for our charges. Organised Group can also come for a day visit, in which case a deposit of £25 is required and this will be returned on completion of your visit.

>> Individual and Group Form

Individuals and groups can attend Debden House for overnight camping purposes, Campers allowed to stay on our campsite for a maximum of 14 nights, with a break of 7 nights before a return visit of a further 7 night. please note that caravans/tents must be removed from the site during the 7 night break.

>> Set Camp Form

Set Camp booking involves making use of our camping facilties and our specialised fields, this is usually available for scouts, school groups and typically most large groups. In this case, our charges vary and it is advisable to call the campsite following the completion of the Set Camp form to sort out the details more quickly. Set Camp Prices are available here
