Located between the town of Loughton, the village of Theydon Bois and Epping Forest. Debden House has been chronicled since the saxon times.

Adult Education

Debden House is a member company of an organisation called ARCA, the well established association for residential courses for adult education. Its members provide a wide range of short stay courses for the general public. All members share a professional approach to providing a high quality service.

Camping

Debden House Campsite, has attracted thousand of people from all over the world to its fifty acre setting, backing onto Epping Forest.

The Campsite natural charm of the campsite has been described as " A spot where owls hoot over the tent at night, where nightingales sing from the nearby thickets and where shy deers come out of the forest at dawn to feed on the grass, a town dweller can find peace and rest of mind".

The Campsite has been nurtured and intelligently co-ordinated to cater for all camping tastes, whether you want a one night stop(touring), a day visit for barbeque and sporting activities with friends, a fortnight stay with your campiste burning or an organised group trip or walk round the forest.

Conference Venue

Debden House Centre offers you a business conference venue designed specifically to be conducive to learning, it provides a setting where ideas will flow more freely, interaction is encouraged, thus everyone can make a contribution.

Visitors and Friends

Visitors have come to Debden House from all over the world. Many visitors have been introduced to Debden House a part of an offical visit to the Borough and the Council's pride in its own estate is seen and acknowledged by a number of guests invited here.

Staff and Facilities

Debden House is open all year round and is staff works in front of and behind the scene in order for everything to run smoothly.

A notable feature of Debden House is that from time to time, staffs have been required to live on the site, thus you are never going to be short of asistant whether during the day or in the middle of the night.
