Debden House Centre and its governing, associated and subsidiary companies are committed to respecting your privacy. WHAT WE COLLECT

• We will collect your name, contact (telephone, fax, mail and e-mail addresses) and other personal information relating to the booking you are making, for example if you are booking to use our campsite for a fortnight stay, we will collect information such as your name, address, contact details, car registration etc.
• We may also ask you to provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests, experiences about our products or other services and contact preferences in order to provide you with further correspondence about Debden House Centre.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER?
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service and in particular for the following reasons:
• Internal record keeping.
• To improve our products and services.
• Our governing body is Newham council and they need to gather spoecific informations about who uses Debden House centre and where they are from, mainly for the purposes of identifying the diversity of clients and how much the council residents are making use of the centre and thus improve their services and governing policy.
• Our representatives may follow up, either by e-mail, phone, fax or mail, to people who have made a booking from our site, as part of our customer care procedures.
• To send out emails about a specific booking or in response to an enquiry using the e-mail address that you have provided during your time on the Debden House website.
• To send promotional e-mails about new services, special offers or other information that we think you may find interesting using a valid e-mail address.
• From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by e-mail, phone, fax or mail, unless you have registered with the appropriate preference Service.
