ROOM & VENUE HIRE

Debden House’s tranquil yet accessible setting on the edge of Epping Forest is the ideal location for hosting a meeting, conference or event whilst getting closer to nature.


Layouts

We offer four layout options to suit the needs of all events. These are:

Theatre
Chairs only, ensures maximum seating capacity.
Boardroom
Boardroom style long table, encourages note taking.
U Shape
Ideal for informal gatherings, group discussions, workshops.
Cabaret
Chairs around a table for groups of 4-6 people, encourages small group discussions and note taking.

Rooms

Debden House has five dedicated function rooms, ranging in size, which can cater most functions.
Please note that all training rooms are wheelchair accessible.

Room Hire Only

All training that is Educational or for Newham council is Vat exempt. All other event room hire is vatable at the standard rate of 20%.

Includes free Wi-Fi, 75” Interactive touch screen/or 46 inch TV, flip chart and markers.

Parking cost: £5 per car, £6 per small van, £12 per mini bus/large van (LWB).

Venue Hire Only

Debden House is a great location for hosting events for schools, youth groups and charities. Ideal for staff training days, exam revision stays and educational courses.

The size and layout of grade II listed Debden House makes for a super-flexible location, with hire available for individual rooms, including our large lecture theatre and overnight residential bedrooms. Rooms can be configured to various layouts to suit your requirements. Please note that all training rooms are wheelchair accessible.

Food and hospitality are a popular option. Guests enjoy a mix of our buffet lunches or two course meals. We can accommodate up to 48 guests overnight. Various packages are expertly coordinated to meet every need, including exclusive venue hire of the entire house and Cottage Rooms.
