Debden House’s tranquil yet accessible setting on the edge of Epping Forest is the ideal location for hosting a meeting, conference or event whilst getting closer to nature.
We offer four layout options to suit the needs of all events. These are:
Debden House has five dedicated function rooms, ranging in size, which can cater most functions.
Please note that all training rooms are wheelchair accessible.

All training that is Educational or for Newham council is Vat exempt. All other event room hire is vatable at the standard rate of 20%.
Includes free Wi-Fi, 75” Interactive touch screen/or 46 inch TV, flip chart and markers.
Parking cost: £5 per car, £6 per small van, £12 per mini bus/large van (LWB).

"It has been a very positive experience taking our year 11 pupils to Debden House for our maths study weekend prior to their GCSEs for the past 4 years. The place is spacious and bright, the rooms were clean and well equipped for a study weekend and the staff were extremely welcoming, accommodating and well organised to ensure that our stay ran as smoothly as possible. The conference room was also well equipped and a quiet and calm environment contributed to positive learning experiences. My colleagues and pupils felt safe. All pupils enjoyed their stay and were thankful of this wonderful opportunity given to them for their final revision. Many students mentioned that they would not have done so much work at home on their own. The size and layout of grade II listed Debden House makes for a super-flexible location, with hire available for individual rooms, including our large lecture theatre and overnight residential bedrooms. Rooms can be configured to various layouts to suit your requirements. Please note that all training rooms are wheelchair accessible.
Food and hospitality are a popular option. Guests enjoy a mix of our buffet lunches or two course meals. We can accommodate up to 48 guests overnight. Various packages are expertly coordinated to meet every need, including exclusive venue hire of the entire house and Cottage Rooms.
