Debden House Adult Education Centre, part of the London Borough of Newham's Adult Learning Service (NALS), provides a range of part time and weekend residential courses for adults including art, keep fit, psychology and childcare. All our courses are taught by specialist tutors. Contact the centre for up-to-date course information and timetable.

Residential Courses

Debden’s weekend courses start on Friday evening and finish Sunday afternoon. Most weekend courses are residential but there may be some availability for non-residential - please enquire when booking. Course fees include all tuition, meals and refreshments and accommodation in shared occupancy. Single rooms are available at a supplement.

Places are very limited, to secure your place please contact Debden House Centre. A 50% non-refundable booking fee is payable at time of booking. The balance of the course fee is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the course.

Bedroom accommodation

Staying at Debden House is like discovering a well-kept secret. Enjoy the centre’s quiet location which is set within beautiful ornamental gardens and situated on the edge of Epping Forest and is an enjoyable alternative to hotel accommodation at competitive rates.

The newly refurbished bedroom accommodation includes private rooms with television and tea and coffee making facilities. Some rooms are available en suite.

Debden Centre is easily accessible from the M25 or the M11 and just 30 minutes away from the center of London by tube.

Part-time Adult Education Classes
